The Full Restaurant
A space that encompasses all that Bar Vasquez has to offer, a party on our downstairs level puts you center stage with our nightly live performances within the ope space of our 65 foot high ceilings. There’s no party that can’t happen in this dynamic dining area; a seated dinner for 80 guests or a strolling cocktail reception for up to 100.
Bar Vasquez is available for full restaurant buyouts on limited dates.
The Pablo Room
The Pablo is the perfect room for board meetings, intimate family gatherings or work dinners with full capacity of up to 20 guests on one beautiful expansive table.
A built-in plasma screen with zoned sound is available for presentations
The lounge is the center of Bar Vasquez and a versatile space for informal cocktail receptions of up to 60 guests. Any private event that we plan has access to this area for tapas before dinner or dessert after and brings your event closer to our live entertainment.
The Catalán, the namesake of our Executive Chef, can be set with four round tables of eight guests each or one family style talbe for up to 24 guests A built-in plasma screen with zoned sound is available for presentation.

Foreman Wolf’s Private Dining Director for all three downtown restaurants (Bar Vasquez, Charleston and Cinghiale), Melissa will be an excellent asset in planning all the details of your event.
As Bar Vasquez’s General Manager, Charisse, oversees all private events. She has worked in Private Dining since 2012 and has coordinated all types of events from weddings and corporate events up to 350 guests and will ensure that everything runs perfectly during your event.
